EnterpriseLink brings SaaS-enablement, elasticity to Enterprise Cloud Services
Micro Focus announced Enterprise Cloud Services to bring cloud computing to enterprise applications. To run in a cloud paradigm, COBOL business software applications must first be made available as-a-service. Micro Focus EnterpriseLink provides the SaaS interface to CICS or IMS online transaction programs that are deployed into Enterprise Cloud Services and the EnterpriseLink Cluster Server provides the elasticity and high availability required to take advantage of these emerging infrastructure utilities.
